We follow strict data minimisation principles. ZeroComm only collects and stores the business information, and the limited personal details of directors, needed to process your application. Holding less data reduces your exposure.

- In transit: every interaction with the ZeroComm platform is secured using HTTPS and TLS, creating an encrypted connection between your browser and our servers.
- At rest: stored company information is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
3. Continuous security and vulnerability testing
We don't assume our systems are secure; we test them continuously with automated vulnerability assessments and active testing tools:
- AWS cloud security monitoring: automated security scanning and compliance checks across our cloud infrastructure to identify and fix potential misconfigurations.
- GitHub Dependabot: continuous automated scans of third-party software to identify and resolve vulnerable or outdated code libraries.
- OWASP ZAP: penetration and dynamic security testing to find and fix web application vulnerabilities.
We aim to resolve any high or critical findings promptly, and our latest tests show none outstanding.
